Why did you apply for the Melker Schörling Scholarship?

  • To gain added knowledge and expertise in my area of specialization so that I can continue my development within the company
  • To meet colleagues and share experiences with them
  • To add value and quality to my work, and satisfy customers
  • To increase the quality of training, and in doing so, further improve the positive image of Securitas

Has this experience changed you or your job situation in any way?

This experience has changed my perception of Securitas. It allowed me to see things from a wider perspective and on the longer term, and to perceive the importance and consequences of today’s work for the future. I hope that this experience will contribute to my future development with Securitas. 

Would you recommend the scholarship to others, and if so, why?

I would recommend it without hesitation – for the quality of its organization, and above all, for the personal enrichment of meeting colleagues from different countries.Sharing the day-to-day professional life of a foreign colleague is a unique and extraordinary experience, both on the practical and personal side.Through this experience, one can feel those values that are so highly regarded by Securitas – integrity, vigilance and helpfulness.This scholarship further reinforces the added value of working at a multinational company such as Securitas.
