Administrative assistant

Securitas European & Global Accounts Department is the organization and resources platform within Securitas Security Services Europe that facilitates administrative and operational processes for its international prospects and customers. We are currently looking for an Administrative assistant Location: Neder-Over-Heembeek (Brussels)

As the administrative assistant you will support the European & Global Accounts team.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

 

-          follow up on incoming mail and day-to-day administrative processes

-          assist in international proposal management

-          database management

-          internet searches

-          be proactive in and follow up on requests and deadlines

-          support the organization of meetings

-          keep files in good order

 

Profile:

 

Relevant experience in an internationally oriented administrative function is a must

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience

Fluent written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English; other languages are an asset

In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel and LotusNotes

Dynamic team player

Experience with pricing calculations and worksheets would be beneficial (not a must)

Accurate and organized

Proactive and sense for prioritizing
