Mr. Coletti provides professional and timely support to all levels of the Canadian organization with the objective that conscious and consistent attention is given to all policies structures and processes which influence the employment motivation retention and deployment of employees to effectively manage the operation and foster an employee relations climate conducive to industrial peace.
