Mr. Thompson has more than 19 years of Security experience.
In 2000, while working as the Director of Security and Logistics at La Conference de Montreal, an annual globalization summit, Mr. Trevor Thompson was recruited by Securitas for the position of Customer Service Manager. Soon thereafter, Mr. Thompson was promoted to Branch Manager and subsequently to Senior Branch Manager. In December 2005 Mr. Thompson was promoted to the position of National Director, Strategic Accounts and most recently to Vice President, National accounts where he oversees an extensive portfolio of National and Strategic Accounts as well as their Managers.
Over the years Mr. Thompson has worked in Loss Prevention, Municipal by-Law enforcement, Close Protection, Fire Prevention, Special Event Coordinator, Public Relations Specialist and Portfolio Manager.
Mr. Thompson graduated from Concordia University in Montreal with a BA Specialization in Communications and a minor in Marketing and since then has completed several certificate courses in security and has been an active member of ASIS since 2000.
Mr. Thompson is very active in several organizations including the Masons and the Shriners, raising funds for the Shriners Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, and Children’s Wish Foundation.
