In 1983, Pinkerton opened a branch in Trois-Rivières to serve the Coopérative des Services Regroupés en Approvisionnement de la Mauricie et du Centre-de-la-Mauricie (CSRA). One of its major members is the university medical centre, the Centre Hospitalier Régional de Trois-Rivières (CHRTR).
