Public sector (PPP)
Federal and state governments, towns and municipalities must economize. Despite a shortage of resources in the public households, full efficiency is expected from lean administrations. The search for effective and economic alternatives, e.g. co-operation with private service providers within public-private partnership models is, thus, high on the agenda.
The security solutions provided by SECURITAS for the public authorities are both versatile and individual: They include object protection, law enforcement partnerships, safety in local passenger transport, traffic monitoring, securing of events or city service guards. These solutions are based on an absolute adherence to the budget as well as on savings in public investment funds, which can be achieved by providing the required technical facilities.
For more information, read the following cases.
In Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt/Main, SECURITAS auxiliary policemen helped the town control stationary traffic. A total of 50 auxiliary policemen are employed in 22 German towns and municipalities. This is made possible by the Hessian Law on Public Safety and Order.
