Securitas organizes its operations in a flat, decentralized structure with the business segments: Security Services North America, Security Services Europe and Security Services Ibero-America.
Security Services North America
- Provides specialized security services in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
- Services large customers through the International security solutions department.
- Includes Pinkerton Corporate Risk Management which provides security consulting and investigative services, including fraud investigations, due diligence, computer forensics and intellectual property and brand protection services. It operates from 32 branch offices worldwide.
- In total, there are approximately 109,000 employees and 6400 branch managers in the business segment.
- Securitas' market share is 19 % in the USA.

Security Services Europe
- Security Services Europe is a true pan-European organization, providing specialized security services for large and medium-sized customers in 27 European countries
- Aviation, which is part of the business segment, provides airport security in 14 countries
- As of January 2013 Mobile and Monitoring is included in the business segment Security Services Europe. Mobile provides mobile security services for small and medium-sized businesses and residential sites. Monitoring provides electronic alarm surveillance services
- Services large customers through theEuropean & Global Accounts department
- In total, there are approximately 110,000 employees and 700 branch managers within the business segment
- Securitas' market share is 19 % in the region for these types of services.

Security Services Ibero-America
- Provides specialized security services for large and medium-sized customers in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay in Latin America, as well as in Portugal and Spain.
- Has more than 58,000 employees and close to 190 branch managers.
- Securitas' market share is 14 % in this region.
