Priorities

There are a few basic notions that help us establish our priorities when building a responsible business, our work in the area of corporate responsibility should be effective, realistic and profitable.

To be effective we only spend resources on carrying out an activity if we are likely to succeed and/or can make a considerable difference.

We must also be realistic about our ability to manage the activities and initiatives that we pursue. Decentralization of decisions and responsibility is fundamental in Securitas’ Management Model. As a result, we need to keep our efforts simple and local.

Everything Securitas does must be profitable. This applies to the work with responsible business as well and we prioritize activities according to how direct and visible gains are.
