Effective
The basic criterion for us to become involved in an issue or activity is that we have a good chance to make a considerable impact.
We must have more or less direct control over how an issue is handled or how work can be carried out. This may involve minimizing negative effects, such as minimizing CO2 emissions from our transports, or creating value for our stakeholders by launching new services, such as our environmental service concepts.
If we are not likely to succeed and/or cannot make a considerable difference by carrying out an activity, we will not spend resources on it.
