We believe in proper recruitment, extensive training and ongoing coaching. The main purpose of this culture is to develop competent, specialized employees and qualified professionals, whose role is to make society safer.

Training

The quality of our local leadership is the key to attracting and retaining employees. To develop our local, regional and national managers’ skills and expertise, there are numerous management-training programs in place.

For frontline employees such as patrol officers, security officers, operators and others, there are also various training programs. We offer both basic training and specialized training in a particular discipline. Our aim is to develop our people so everyone can make the optimal use of their strengths.

Melker Schörling Scholarship

The knowledge and experience of our people is the foundation of Securitas. The Melker Schörling Scholarship offers our employees the opportunity to develop that knowledge and experience professionally. The scholarship is open to Securitas' frontline employees on an annual basis to one or more employees.
