Board of Directors

As resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2008 the number of Board Members should be ten excluding deputy members.

The Annual General Meeting 2008 re-elected Carl Douglas, Marie Ehrling, Annika Falkengren, Stuart E. Graham, Alf Göransson, Berthold Lindqvist, Fredrik Palmstierna, Melker Schörling and Sofia Schörling Högberg and elected Fredrik Cappelen as new Board member. The General Meeting re-elected Melker Schörling as Chairman of the Board.

Melker Schörling: Chairman. Director of Securitas AB since 1987 and Chairman since 1993.

Alf Göransson: Director of Securitas AB since 2007. President and Chief Executive Officer of Securitas.

Annika Falkengren: Director of Securitas AB since 2003.

Sofia Schörling Högberg: Director of Securitas AB since 2005.

Stuart E. Graham: Director of Securitas AB since 2005.

Carl Douglas: Director since 1999. Deputy Director in Securitas AB since 1992.

Berthold Lindqvist: Director of Securitas AB since 1994.

Fredrik Palmstierna: Director of Securitas AB since 1985.

Marie Ehrling: Director of Securitas AB since 2006.

Fredrik Cappelen: Director of Securitas AB since 2008.

Susanne Bergman Israelsson: Director of Securitas AB since 2004.

Åse Hjelm: Director of Securitas AB since 2008.

Jan Prang: Director of Securitas AB since 2008.

Joakim Hellmouth: Deputy Director of Securitas AB since 2007.

Thomas Fanberg: Deputy Director of Securitas AB since 2008.
