Board of Directors

As resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2009 the number of Board Members should be ten excluding deputy members.

The Annual General Meeting 2009 re-elected Melker Schörling, Carl Douglas, Fredrik Cappelen , Marie Ehrling, Annika Falkengren, Stuart E. Graham, Alf Göransson, Berthold Lindqvist, Fredrik Palmstierna and Sofia Schörling Högberg as Board members. The General Meeting re-elected Melker Schörling as Chairman of the Board.

Alf Göransson: Director of Securitas AB

Fredrik Cappelen: Director of Securitas AB
