Nomination Committee before AGM 2009

At the Annual General Meeting held on April 17, 2008, the following five people were elected members of the Nomination Committee to work before the AGM 2009:

  • Gustaf Douglas – representing major shareholders
  • Mikael Ekdahl – representing Melker Schörling AB (major shareholder)
  • Marianne Nilsson – representing Swedbank Robur
  • Mats Tunér – representing SEB funds
  • Staffan Grefbäck - representing Alecta

    Further, the Nomination Committee can appoint one additional member to the Committee. Gustaf Douglas was appointed Chairman of the Committee.
