Matching security requirements for Uninor in India

Uninor is a mobile telephony and network operator in India. The company holds a pan-India UAS license to offer telecommunications services in each of India’s 22 circles. It has also received spectrum to roll out these services in 21 of the 22 telecom circles. Uninor is a subsidiary of Norwegian telecom giant Telenor Group. Uninor started mobile services in India, primarily focusing on the GSM technology. Uninor is India's eighth nation-wide mobile operator, in a competitive landscape of 13 nation-wide or regional mobile operators.

Securitas India partnered with Uninor in the year 2010, offering services like physical guarding, reception management and monitoring security control room. Their highly equipped security control room ESOC (Emergency Support Operation Centre) monitors CCTV surveillance, access control systems and emergency alarms are installed all across India. Besides the monitoring part, they also keep a tab on the news updates, weather forecasts and provide crisis management.
