"I started off at Securitas as a security guard in Sweden. After three years as a guard in many different fields, I got the opportunity to work as a scheduler, and later as a branch manager. I worked as country president of Securitas China for almost three years. In the summer of 2012 I became the country president of Securitas Thailand.

Before I relocated to Shanghai to work for Securitas in China, I worked as a branch manager in Sweden for eight years.

As a manager you have an important role in keeping the company culture alive. You can’t just talk about things like our core values. You have to practice what you preach.

Even though Securitas is one of the largest public security companies in the world, I’m still amazed over the feeling I have of working  in a 'family owned' business, where every single employee is recognized and appreciated for their work."
