Securitas enters the security services market in Hongkong

Securitas has acquired the security services company Polic Secuforce in Hongkong. The purchase price is approximately MSEK 2.8 (MHKD 2.7).

Polic Secuforce has annual sales of approximately MSEK 19 (MHKD 18). The company, with 10 years of experience from security services operations, has a broad contract portfolio, mainly in the education segment.

The Hongkong security services market is very fragmented, with a large number of small security services companies.

The acquisition will be consolidated in Securitas AB as of January 1, 2009.
