System for Reporting Non-Compliance

At Securitas, we value the voices of our employees. That is why we have established a reporting system – Securitas Integrity Line – where all employees are able to report cases of non-compliance with Securitas’ Values and Ethics so that problems can be solved.

Securitas relies on its employees to help when a situation arises that poses a threat to our fundamental values. By reporting problems or cases of non-compliance with Securitas' Values and Ethics, our employees provide us with the information we need to rectify the situation. That is why we established the Securitas Integrity Line reporting system for our employees.

Several ways to report instances of non-compliance

The Securitas Integrity Line (known as Securitas Hotline in the USA and Canada, and Linea de Alerta in Mexico) is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, this channel is not intended to replace the role of management, but rather to provide additional support. We encourage our employees to report cases of non-compliance to their supervisors, local HR representatives or local risk managers, as it is important to us that employees can find a channel with which they feel comfortable. Read more about the Securitas Integrity Line here.

All reported cases are investigated

All reported cases of breaches of Securitas' Values and Ethics Code are investigated and documented in a structured manner. Securitas has established a Group policy, known as the Securitas Integrity Reporting Policy, which defines the division of responsibility for these investigations, and contains information about data privacy and handling times.

Statistics and other information regarding reported cases are presented to the Board's Audit Committee and Group Management.
