Securitas-yhtiöt on julkaissut henkilöstöraportin vuodesta 2001 alkaen. Vuosittaisen henkilöstöraportin tavoitteena on avoimuusperiaatteen mukaisesti kuvata henkilöstöön liittyviä kehitystrendejä.
