Securitas is present in India since 2007, through a partnership agreement with Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd. – one of the India’s leading security services companies with over 12,000 employees.

Securitas AB 

Securitas was founded in 1934 by Erik Philip-Sörensen.  In 1972, the company was consolidated under the name of Securitas and a logo was established with three dots depicting - Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.  In 1999, Securitas acquired Pinkerton's Inc. of USA and later Burns.  In 2003, US operations of Securitas Group united under the banner of Securitas Security Services. 

Securitas India 

Securitas India is a joint venture of Securitas AB and Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd.  Walsons was founded in 1996 by Mr. Arjun Wallia.  He established the company after an extensive research of the Indian market place, to cater to the Business support services domain and industry in India first and then globally.  Mr. Wallia is now the Chairman of Securitas India. His vision and dynamic leadership has built Walsons from a garage at its inception to become one of the leading global security company in India.
