Manager - Personnel/ Payroll

Location: Chennai

You would be handling the Personnel & Payroll function of the Guard force at the respective branches. This would include, liaison with Guard Board Authority, salary/ wage administration, liaison with clients, complying with government regulations (Private Security Agency Regulation Act 2005 and local labor law) and updating the Corporate Office with relevant information.

Basic Requirements:

  • Integrity & Honesty
  • Education – MBA in Personnel Management or Diploma in Labour Laws preferred
  • Competencies: Communication, Team Oriented, Receptive to Feedback
  • Relevant work experience
  • Technical know-how of ERP systems
  • Local compliances and area knowledge
  • Own Conveyance Must
