Manager/AM/Sr.Officer/Officer - Training & Recruitment

Location: Gurgaon

You would be required to manage the training (Technical as well as Behavioral) and recruitment. of Security Personnel (Guards).  The person would take care of on the job (site) training as well as function as a trainer in training academies of the company.

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct classes for security personnel of multinational corporate clients
  • Should have served as instructor in Army/ Police
  • Age less than 58 years
  • Sound physical security knowledge
  • Good class control
  • Good body language
  • Clear speech and expression
  • Working knowledge of english
