Since 2002, Securitas India has been providing high profile physical security to Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for all their premises in North India.
Standard Chartered Bank is a London based bank, currently operational within over 70 nations. Currently, the bank offers a wide variety of banking services and products to the indian customers under personal banking, private banking, SME banking and wholesale banking categories. The services being offered include regular banking services, credit cards, debit & prepaid cards, loans & mortgages, NRI banking services, executive banking and insurance & investment products.
Long Term Partnership
In 2002, the contract started with 6 branches and over 45 security personnels. The client's trust and faith in Securitas India has strengthened many folds which have led to an ever increasing manpower every year. Today our over 250 security personnels are guarding over 40 sites of the bank across North India.
Our security personnels deployed at the sites includes of lady guards, gunmen, supervisors and security marshals. Besides, physical guarding of sites, ATM safekeeping, valet for parking are also the responsibilities of Securitas India.
The security personnel deployed at the bank are vigilant, well trained and well versed with customer handling. The personnels deployed are trained to respond promptly at emergencies, anticipate risks, well informed on the services in order to provide assistance and guidance to the customers visiting the bank.

Hardeep Tyagi, the Assignment Manager at the corporate office of SCB, New Delhi is well respected and trusted by the SCB staff. Hardeep says, “It has been a challenging assignment for me. After leaving Delhi Police during training, I joined Securitas India as a security guard for SCB. From guard to supervisor and then in year 2004, I took over as the Assignment Manager of SCB for North India. My day to day job entails me to be in touch with the guards and client in order to avoid untoward incident, shortage of manpower, guards on leave, close all loops i.e. communication gaps between branch manager and supervisors of SCB. All concerns are escalated to our management at Securitas India as well as to Standard Chartered Bank Management
