Security is provided mostly by well trained security personnel. They are generally between 30 to 45 years of age. Majority of these persons are males. However, when specially required, female security professional are also provided. Typically a mix of young and experienced. Responsible and qualified people are required to monitor, analyze and initiate response.

Challenges

Backend operations typically involve crowd behaviour, media response and liaison with government agencies.
