Receptionists are a natural extension of our customer services: screening persons to ensure only those authorized may proceed to enter, welcoming such persons in a friendly manner, and providing information to those who need it.
At many of our customer locations Securitas compliments our Security Officers with Receptionist services. Securitas carefully selects employee candidates for reception services knowing the great importance of both customer service and access control.
Our Receptionists undergo our full security officer training and are particularly educated to be on the lookout for and immediately report to our supporting security officers any unauthorized persons or persons who appear to be a threat or disturbance to our customers’ place of business.
