Cybersurveillance

Pinkerton’s CyberSurveillance Group is often called on to recover assets through physical and technical investigations.  Using “clean” computers, Pinkerton’s CSG explores traditional (Gray Market) or non-traditional (chat rooms) avenues looking for diverted or counterfeited products.  With a solid network built and vast experience, our subject matter experts can assist your firm with discovery, tracking and recovery of products such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and nutritionals.  Pinkerton CyberSurveillance Group can monitor traditional chat rooms (e.g. Fierce Pharma, Café Pharma) for disclosure of sensitive or proprietary information.

Protective Services

Pinkerton can and often does respond to direct or veiled threats to Directors, GM’s, VP’s and other high-level Corporate Officers.  Whether it is intimidation from disgruntled current or former employees or fringe organizations opposed to your firm for environmental or R&D-related reasons, we can quickly and decisively protect your personnel short or long-term.  Pinkerton personnel can also assist with protection of personnel and assets resulting from involuntary separations or terminations.  Protective services can be tailored to the recipient, either covert or overt depending on comfort level.

Consulting

Pinkerton personnel can assist with security consulting, business continuity planning and crisis management services either locally or globally.  Whether it is security consulting to augment your domestic corporate HQ staff, a vulnerability assessment on a drug or large molecule manufacturing facility in Puerto Rico or India, or emergency evacuations before, during and after a natural or man-made disaster, Pinkerton is often the first to respond.

Event Management

Pinkerton can assist your own corporate security teams during drug launch meetings, conventions, sales award trips and R & D or shareholder meetings to ensure the safety of personnel and intellectual property.  Our personnel will liaise and often work closely with a client’s meeting and event staff to guarantee that a safe, successful (and inconspicuous) event occurs.

TSCM

As part of our investigative and consulting suite of services, Pinkerton often conducts “sweeps” of board rooms, hotel ballrooms and meeting sites before and during the meeting event to ensure the safety and integrity of information.  This service is often critical during a product launch or during meetings where sensitive or confidential material may be revealed or discussed.

Global Screening

Pinkerton can provide domestic and global screening solutions to assist your employee relations and human resources personnel.  With real-time information provided in short order (less than 48 hours for domestic searches), we can assist with upstaffing of sales forces or re-vetting of staff during a large merger or buyout of potential partner(s).  Our global screening services include verification of education, employment and credit, checks for criminal activity, fraud (including Medicare and Medicaid) and general malfeasance, among many others services.

When partnering with firms or personnel domestically or overseas, prudence dictates thorough investigation of entities and individuals. To increase execution and maximize efficiencies, Pinkerton employs local, native personnel as investigators, which facilitates the acquisition and flow of valid information.  Due diligence at its highest level is often critical when potentially news-generating decisions beckon which may affect future stock price and company direction.

Compliance Services

With a 5,000+ strong staff of auditors, Pinkerton Compliance Services can assist with sales representative closeouts, recovery of assets (hardware, software, vehicles) and, when necessary or permitted, repossession of non-schedule pharmaceutical samples (while strictly adhering to PhRMA and PDMA Guidelines).
