At Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations we understand to unique challenges that property managers, and HOA Board members face. Virtual Security Manager (VSM)

Having an on staff Security Manager is a costly endeavor with salary, benefits, office space, and all of the other direct and indirect costs associated with employment.  With the Pinkerton C&I (VSM) program your company can have a dedicated individual to handle any security/ safety issues that may arise from any of the properties that you manage, for a fraction of the cost of hiring an actual employee.  The VSM can alleviate some of the pressure from the property managers by responding to calls from homeowners and tenants, investigation of incidents and complaints, vetting of potential contractors, and developing RFP’s for security /safety related bids.

Surveillance / Security Validation

Dealing with tenants and or contractors can sometimes be difficult, and the factor of not knowing what is happing when you’re not on property can be frightening.  The Pinkerton C&I Surveillance/security Validation program is designed to give you a piece of mind.  A Pinkerton C&I surveillance unit will visits your property and covertly documents events on your property such as but not limited to what the security officers are doing, how the security officers interact with residents, what activities are going on with problematic tenants.  Managers with this information and evidence are empowered to make educated decisions, and have the evidence to back up the decisions that they make.
