Payroll cum HR Assistant

Job Description

  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Handle officers' queries, disputes and appeals
  • Processing of medical claim and employee referral fee
  • Creation and maintenance of employees data files
  • Input and update employees' record to payroll system
  • Notification of employment and cessation for security officers
  • Assist HR administrative work
  • Uniform stocktake
  • Certificate of employment request and coordinate to payroll regarding IR8A Form/payslip request
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • Must be highly organized, meticulous and have a keen eye for details
  • A good team player, hardworking and responsible
