What is Securitas Mobiles average response time?
The average response time for Securitas Mobile throughout the UK and Ireland is 36 minutes. We are proud to let our customers know about our average response time, as it is the fastest in the industry.
How much does it cost for a standard keyholding service (per month)?
Our prices vary according to how far your site is from the nearest local branch. We have very competitive prices, and the quote we give to you is inclusive of free alarm activations. Please call Jenny on 0208 392 6049 for a competitive quote on our services.
What services do Securitas Mobile offer?
Securitas Mobile offer tailor made packages according to our customers needs, however our standard services are keyholding and alarm response, mobile patrols, building locks and unlocks, void property checks, environmental solutions and lone worker protection.
Are all of Securitas Mobile Officers SIA licensed?
Yes- All of our Officers go through a full training programme, and are CRB checked and SIA licensed to the highest standards.
Do Securitas Mobile cover all areas nationally throughout the UK and Ireland?
Yes- We have 19 branches throughout the UK and Ireland, 16 in the UK and 3 in Ireland. Each branch covers a series of postcodes, and between them, we cover every postcode in the UK and Ireland.
Why is Securitas Mobile different from other security companies?
Securitas Mobile is different for two main reasons. One, in the price that we quote for keyholding there are free alarm activations included. Most other security companies will have a monthly charge, and then on top of that charge up to £80 per call out- At Securitas Mobile, our prices are inclusive of alarm activations. Our other unique selling point is that we use the ‘tracvault’ system which is a small safe which houses the keys to the property which is affixed to the outside of the building. It is made of heavy duty metal and complies with all insurance standards. The tracvault can only be accessed by an authorised trackey. This intelligent pager sized electronic key enables Securitas to provide a full auditable service. As the keys are located on your premises, and as all our officers have a trackey, we are able to send the closest patrol vehicle immediately to site, dramatically cutting down response times, which is why we have the fastest response time in the business.
What happens when my alarm goes off?
When your alarm goes off, our communications centre is notified. They will then immediately contact the nearest Mobile Patrol Officer using a satellite system which notifies them which patrol vehicle is nearest to the site. That patrol vehicle will then go to the site where the alarm is activated, and turn the alarm off and patrol the building to ensure there are no unwanted visitors or hazards, before locking up and securing the building. As soon as this has been done an electronic report is emailed/posted to the site owner to let them know exactly when the alarm went off, which officer attended site and how long it took them to arrive there.
How will I be notified if anything happens at my site during the night?
If there is an emergency the site owner will be called to alert them of what has occurred. In the event of a false alarm, an electronic report will be emailed or posted to the site owner to let them know exactly when the alarm went off, which Officer attended site and how long it took them to arrive there.
