At Securitas we believe the keys to providing a quality, bespoke guarding solution lie in Securitas' unique approach. Each customer is serviced by a local network of Branches, the task that our Branches are set is to stay close to the customer and better understand their needs. The company is organised in a flat structure where Branch Managers report in to Area Directors, who in turn report directly to the Managing Director. The benefits to the customer are clear, uninterrupted lines of communication, with Managers who are trained to make the real day to day decisions without the need for escalation.
Securitas offers bespoke solutions that are flexible and cost effective yet don't compromise on quality. Each Branch only services a specific number of customers, ensuring that there is capacity at all times to respond to unforeseen changes, respond to requests for additional services or simply to spend time on site developing the officer's knowledge, skills and professionalism. Securitas pride themselves on having a range of training solutions, which can be further adapted to ensure a "best fit" with the individual customer requirements.
Management training is also a focus of the Securitas service. Managers undergo a specific tiered training programme, designed to meet their needs as they develop and this prepares them for progression to higher levels. A leadership programme ensures that the management development is tailored to each managers specific strengths and development needs.
Our dedicated support staff provide specialist HR, Operational planning and administration services to support the officers and managers who are providing the service. The emphasis of all the management and support team is on supporting the security officer on the ground ensuring that his or her needs are met on a day to day basis, in turn enabling them to concentrate on providing the service.
We operate in a continuous improvement cycle, where, if appropriate, clearly defined KPI's and SLA's are agreed and in place setting clear, measurable objectives, designed to make those quailtiy improvements that sets our service apart.
