Alarm Monitoring Centre

As an Operator at an Alarm Monitoring Centre you will receive and deal with alarm calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Yo work as the spider in the web. The job is both dynamic and hectic.

You will attend to incoming alarm reports and telephone calls.  You take the necessary actions based on the guidelines and in line with the agreements made with the customer.  In case of a real emergency, you contact the intervention team and perform the required follow-up.  All activities are aimed at optimal availability and quick response.

General Requirements:

For this area of employment within Securitas, you need to meet the following criteria:

• You are vigilant, helpful and work with complete integrity
• You are of good conduct
• You are a minimum of 18 years of age
• You will wear a uniform as a Security Officer, Mobile Patroller or a Receptionist
• You speak the local language fluently.  Additional language skills would be beneficial.
