Team work is important for Securitas’ employees. Our security services need to be adjusted in accordance with changes in our customers’ security needs. This requires good team work between Securitas and the customer, as well as between the people within the team.

Due to the specialised services that Securitas provides, we have people working in different customer segments, in various positions. For example at hospitals, retail, airports, banks, industries, construction sites, public transportation and governmental departments.
Flat organization
The core of the operational organization of Securitas is the branch, which is led by a Manager who has the responsibility and authority to run his or her own operation. The branch structure is divided into geographical and specific market segments. This allows Securitas to go about it's business as quickly and independently as possible. The branches are also organised into areas and countries.
