Securitas - A Client Perspective

Responsive, willingness to change and a yearning to grow alongside their client are expressions that spring to mind after working in partnership with Securitas for almost five years. Land Securities Trillium looked for a partner to deliver a full range of security services to its' client, The Department for Work and Pensions on an extension of their contract, in December 2003.

Securitas responded to the challenge in providing security at 1000 sites throughout the UK and this included a bespoke "front of house" service at Job Centre Plus offices.

Through mobilisation to steady state, Securitas demonstrated an ability to work with LST at a fast pace to bring new ways of working and technical innovation to the contract.

This has given LST the confidence to ask Securitas to provide a range of security options for LST's Commercial Estate. Land Securities Trillium works towards a vision of a "breath of fresh air in the property business" and Securitas fits that ethos perfectly!
