All Security officers carry a Blackberry PDA, which is used in conjunction with strategically placed barcodes. The barcodes can be placed inside or outside of the hotel at agreed points, providing a full audit trail of the patrol.
A "real time" report is then e-mailed to your desktop. The report will highlight obstructions, such as room service trays in the corridors and confirm that all fire extinguishers are in place and fire exits clear.
Our 5 star service allows you the flexibility to use our time according to your needs. Our menu includes, car park patrols, floor walking, security presence at peak times, rapid response and lone worker security.
A full audit trail is provided for each service, giving you peace of mind that your guests and staff are in a safe environment.
