Our commitment to diversity reaches beyond the way we do business and how we treat our employees but also extends into the network of suppliers we do business with through our Supplier Diversity Program.
Our Supplier Diversity Program provides avenues for diverse suppliers to access Securitas USA’s supply chain. Our mission is to contribute to the growth of the communities we serve by proactively seeking, developing, integrating and procuring goods and services from diverse suppliers. It also provides opportunities for firms that ordinarily might not be considered as supplier candidates due to their size, status or limited ability to compete in the US market.
By seeking out diverse suppliers, our company helps to build community relations and mutual business relationships in local neighborhoods. Our Supplier Diversity Program has been successful in contributing to communities where we live and work.
