Uniformed Guarding
Every day more than 100,000 uniformed Securitas Security Services USA security officers perform a variety of tasks to maintain secure environments for thousands of clients across the United States. We are uniquely positioned to offer customized security services to meet the specific needs of any organization. Each security officer is trained on-site so that they are prepared to handle any incident that may arise while they are on post.
Depending on your requirements, our service capabilities include vehicle/foot patrol and inspection services, fire patrol and equipment checks, applicant processing and new employee orientation, employee and visitor badging and identification, and transportation services and parking coordination.
We can also provide trained security officers for:
Reception/Concierge Services
Some of our reception services include monitoring access of employees, contractors and visitors to facilities, issuing badges, maintaining logs, inspecting bags and packages and giving directions. Our officers are also assigned to lobby areas, controlling access to the buildings and functioning like a hotel concierge. All of these services help ensure that the environment for your employees and visitors is secure.
Console Operations
Our console operators monitor CCTV, access control, fire detection and intrusion detection systems. We also monitor visitor arrivals and departures, coordinate with officers on patrol, and respond to routine and emergency situations for our clients.
Special Events
Securitas can provide a full range of security services and solutions for your company’s entertainment, sporting or corporate events. Security for high-level events can include access control for perimeter and auditorium, crowd and parking control, explosives sweeps with canine patrol and executive protection. We use highly specialized, experienced personnel to partner with you to develop a comprehensive security plan that can include event management, coordination with local law enforcement and medical personnel, and risk/event assessments.
VALUE-ADDED SERVICE
Because Securitas is a client-focused organization, we thoroughly screen and train our officers and we ensure that our managers and supervisors provide responsive and thorough account service.
We surveyed our clients who told us that the key drivers for a quality security provider are:
• Consistent and reliable service. We devote extensive time and resources to hiring, training, developing and retaining the right people to fit each client’s needs.
• Quick response by management. Our proactive management approach and flexibility enable us to meet daily client needs and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Security officers who convey trust and confidence. Our extensive pre-employment screening and selection procedures verify each job candidate’s background and assess a variety of personal qualities, including trustworthiness, honesty and integrity.
• Security officers who possess a professional demeanor. Because our security officers represent our clients, as well as our company, we strive to ensure that every security officer acts professionally at all times.
• Individualized attention to client needs. We work closely with our clients to establish their priorities and develop action plans, performance targets and measurement systems that will ensure we meet or exceed their expectations.
The key drivers above are all based on a common theme – the performance of people. In response to our clients’ needs, we built a service strategy based on this feedback. Securitas has designed a comprehensive service strategy to increase client satisfaction quality levels by ensuring our employees are focused, committed and fully trained.
At Securitas, we make your environment, your employees and your assets more secure so that you can focus on your core businesses.
