Securitas acquires security consulting company in the Netherlands

Securitas has acquired the security consulting company Interseco in the Netherlands. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 43 (MEUR 4.5).

Interseco, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 65 (MEUR 7) and approximately 50 employees, focuses on advising and assisting their customers to detect and gain control of crime risks. Interseco offers mainly four types of services: consultancy, investigation, security and training services.

The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas AB as of January 1, 2011.
