    Securitas disposes of Scand Park

    Scand Park, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 50 and 57 employees, operates in the parking and collection service business in Sweden. The disposal is in line with Securitas' continued focus on the core business and will not affect Securitas' result during 1999.
