Securitas' Management

Securitas' management has changed in the following way:

The overall structure in Pinkerton has been changed in accordance with the Securitas Model with each country as base. The structure in North America now consists of the US, Canada, Mexico and Consulting & Investigation as reporting units. These units report straight to Group Management. Pinkerton's former World Support Center has been changed into a head office for the US.

The position as CEO of Pinkerton has thereby been eliminated. Denis Brown therefore leaves his position as CEO of Pinkerton - and the Group Management - from November 1, 1999. He remains as board member of Securitas AB.

No other changes will take place in North America and the largest unit - the US - is led by Don Walker, who already in connection with Securitas' acquisition of Pinkerton was appointed country manager in the US.

Tore K. Nilsen, up until now country manager in Norway, has during two years shared his time between Norway and Group Management tasks. He now leaves the post as country manager in Norway to work full time with Group Management.

New country manager of Norway will be Björn Lohne. He has been working within Securitas for 23 years and was earlier business area manager for Alarm Services in Norway.
