    Business intelligence is a value-adding remote service where we extend the use of the Remote Video Solutions (RVS) to provide additional information and intelligence to our clients. The information can also be used for providing additional services such as process and flow optimization, and courtesy services for clients.

    New services using existing cameras 

    We use existing or additional cameras to provide supplementary information to our clients as part of this service, which comprises the tailored use of standard video analytics adapted to the client’s needs. For a client in the retail segment for instance, the service could consist of: people counting; heat mapping; and queue management 

    Based on the collected data, the business owner can create reports that can be used for business optimisation.
