People survey 2025
Your Voice Matters – And It’s Protected
At Securitas, people make the difference. That’s why we run the People Survey — to hear directly from you about what it’s like to work here. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working, what needs to improve, and how we can make Securitas a better place for everyone.
The survey isn’t just a box to tick. It’s one of the most important ways you can shape the future of our workplace.

Why Your Feedback Matters
When you share your experience, you help us:
- Understand how people are really doing across teams, roles, and countries
- Focus on what matters most to you and your colleagues
- Build a stronger, more supportive Securitas for all of us
This is your chance to speak up and be part of meaningful change.
Confidential. Anonymous. Always.
We know that confidentiality is essential. That’s why the survey is run by Workday Peakon, an independent platform designed to protect your identity.
Here’s what you can trust:
- No one at Securitas can see your individual answers
- Results are only shown when five or more people in a team respond (to prevent identifying individuals)
- Comments are shared exactly as you write them, so it’s best to keep them focused on your experience and ideas
We want your honest input — and we’ve put strong protections in place so you can share it with confidence.

FAQ on confidentiality and anonymity
-
Your name appears only in the email to make sure you know that the link is personal and not to be shared. Your name is never shown with your answers or comments in the tool.
-
Each person gets a unique survey link. This helps Peakon remind only those who haven’t completed the survey — no one at Securitas can see who has or hasn’t answered. Using your name in the email also prevents the link from being forwarded or used by someone else.
-
Yes. Even in small teams, results only show up once five or more people have responded. If your team has fewer than five people, your responses are rolled up to a higher level to protect your identity.
-
Common reasons include:
- Incorrect or blocked email
- Spam folder
- You’re not in this round’s target group
- Your account is inactive in the system
Tip: Download the Peakon app — it can notify you directly when a survey is live, even if emails don’t come through. Still not sure? Ask your manager or local HR.
-
The scale helps us understand how things are going:
- 9–10 = Positive (Promoters)
- 7–8 = Neutral (Passives)
- 0–6 = Negative (Detractors)
This is only used to look at results in large groups — not individuals. Please answer honestly, and skip questions you don’t feel you can answer. Avoid scoring low (like 0 or 5) unless that’s truly how you feel, since low scores might flag an area as needing improvement.
-
If replies are enabled, managers can respond to your comment — but they never see your name. Peakon takes care of delivering the reply to you while keeping your identity hidden. No one at Securitas can trace comments back to an individual. That’s simply how the tool is built.
-
No. Neither managers nor anyone at Securitas can see how one specific person answered. Results are only shown as group summaries — and only when at least five people in a team have responded. This protects your identity and ensures the feedback stays confidential.
-
No. The tool doesn't show who answered when. While the system tracks response status to send reminders, this information is not visible to managers or Securitas staff.
-
Yes — the identity behind your survey responses can never be uncovered in Peakon. The tool is designed with strict data protection measures to keep your answers safe and anonymous. For example, results are only shown to managers when at least five people in a team have answered. This is called a data threshold, and it's there to protect your privacy.
However, your comments are shown exactly as you write them, and depending on the level of detail, a manager could in theory guess who wrote it. That’s why Securitas recommends not including personal details or anything that could identify you in your comment — focus on the message, not on who you are.
-
No. Peakon is built to protect anonymity — not even system admins can trace responses back to individuals. The system is structured so that no one at Securitas can access personal data from survey answers or comments.
-
Yes. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working and what needs improvement. This is one of the most important ways you can influence real change at Securitas — but only if we hear from you.
