Specialization and Increased Global Presence 2009-2012

During the years of 2009 to 2012 the Securitas implemented its strategy of increased specialization and global presence. The Group grew the international footprint from 37 to 52 countries during 2009-2012. A restructuring and cost savings program, along with a new strategic direction of increased sales of security solutions and technology, were initiated in the end of 2012.
