    Why did you apply for the scholarship?

    I applied for the scholarship to expand my knowledge of Securitas’ operations across different regions and to better understand how different parts of the organization work. This opportunity enabled me to gain valuable insights into handling a wide range of professional situations and to apply these learnings to further develop my expertise and advance my career.

    What did you learn/gain from the study visit?

    I learned more about the structure and operations of the Risk Intelligence Center and how different departments respond to customer needs.

    I also gained insights into how teams collaborate, communicate and work together to deliver high-quality services. It was interesting to see how different functions contribute to security solutions and support customers in their daily operations.

    In addition, I learned more about Securitas' strategic focus on innovation, digitalization and intelligence-led services, and how these developments can help enhance the quality of our services.

    How will you share this knowledge/experience with your organization?

    I translated key insights from the study trip into actionable recommendations and shared them with leadership. I remain committed to driving organizational excellence through cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing and the promotion of security best practices.
