Securitas disposes of Network Management Tcpip AB

Securitas has today come to an agreement to sell Network Management Tcpip AB to Investment AB Bure. Network Management Tcpip AB, which has a total turn over of about MSEK 30 and 33 employees, is specialized in education within network and computer communication security.

The disposal is a step in Securitas' continued focus on its core business and will not affect Securitas' result for 1999.
