Securitas Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Matteo Dall’Ora as Chief Financial Officer. Matteo will join the company during the second quarter of 2026 and will succeed Andreas Lindback, who has decided to step down. All other Group Management members continue in their current roles.

Matteo joins from ASSA ABLOY, where his most recent role was Head of Europe for the Industrial segment. Prior to that, he held the position of SVP and CFO for ASSA ABLOY’s EMEIA division since 2020, and before that, he spent 12 years at Atlas Copco in a range of management roles.

About Matteo Dall’Ora
Matteo Dall’Ora has served as Head of Europe for the Industrial segment at ASSA ABLOY since 2024, overseeing the entire European organisation, ensuring strategic direction and operational excellence. Previously, Matteo was SVP CFO for ASSA ABLOY’s EMEIA division, driving financial performance and supporting growth initiatives across the region.
Before joining ASSA ABLOY in 2020, Matteo spent 12 years at Atlas Copco, holding a range of management roles in Slovenia, Italy, and Belgium. His final position at Atlas Copco was VP of Business Control for the service division, where he oversaw financial performance and business development across multiple markets.
Matteo Dall’Ora holds a degree in Economics from Gea College, Ljubljana, Slovenia and has completed executive programs at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
