The establishment of Securitas in Norway
Our history in Norway began in 1929 with the establishment of the limited company Norsk Vaktselskap. A collaboration between Norsk Vaktselskap and De Forenede Vagtselskaper in Copenhagen led to the creation of the alarm company Securitas in 1946. Since 1969, the company has grown both organically and through acquisitions. Today, we are the market leader in the security industry, offering a wide range of services throughout the country.
