      Annual general meeting 2026

      Securitas’ annual general meeting 2026 will be held on April 29, 2026, in Stockholm, Sweden.

      Shareholders' requests

      Shareholders who wish to submit a matter for consideration at the annual general meeting may send such request in writing to the company. The request shall be sent for the attention of the Board of Directors but shall be sent via letter to:

      To ensure that the requested matter can be considered the request shall have been received by the Board of Directors no later than March 11, 2026.
