      For persons in restricted jurisdictions holding Securitas’ shares through Computershare/EquatePlus.

      Please note that the questions and answers in the below document provide general answers to frequently asked questions for employees as well as former employees holding Securitas shares via Computershare, Equate Plus or holding shares via Securitas STI and/or LTI Programmes.

      Shareholders who have a custodian, i.e. have holdings that are nominee-registered, refer to their respective nominees for specific information and instructions.
