    Securitas strengthens its technology offering in Norway

    Securitas has agreed to acquire the electronic security company Infratek Security Solutions AS in Norway. The company has annual sales of approximately MSEK 200 (MEUR 21).

    Infratek Security Solutions is delivering technical security solutions to corporations in Norway and a minor part in Sweden. Among the deliveries are electronic solutions for the retail business, access control, alarm systems and camera surveillance. The company has 102 employees. With this acquisition, Securitas will strengthen its technology offering in Norway and the position as the leading security solutions provider. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and the acquired company will cease to use “Infratek” as part of its company name. Closing of the acquisition is expected during the third quarter of 2016, from which point it will be consolidated in Securitas.
